Changeover days are Monday, Wednesday and Fridays only.

Weeknight stays are from 4pm on Monday to 10 am on Wednesday or from 4pm on Wednesday to 10 am on Friday.

Weekend prices are from 4pm on Friday to 10 am on Monday or any part thereof including Saturday arrival or departure on Sunday PM.

We operate a self check in and out system so guests are welcome to arrive and depart independently whenever suits.

The quickest way to check prices is to click on any (dark green) start date on our availability calendar below which will take you to a new page where you can change the date, duration for the selected treehouse to see the prices for different combinations. There is no need to fill in the form to do this, the resultant price will be shown top/right on a laptop or at the bottom of the screen on a mobile.

Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been made. 25% deposit for bookings more than 60 days in advance or in full if within 60 days.

The Woodsman’s Treehouse prices are the same all year round.

£990 two weeknights (£495 per night)

£1485 weekends (3 or 2 nights)

£1879 – 4 night stay (with 5.1% discount) 

£2349 – 5 night stay (with 5.1% discount)

£3119 – 7 night stay (with 10% discount =£445.57 per night)

£2475 – 5 night Christmas.

The Treehouses are open all year round.

Prices are per treehouse, each accommodating 2 adults in a kingsize bed, self catering.

No group bookings.

Grown ups only – minimum age 18.

Sorry – no dogs allowed due to woodland wildlife and livestock in surrounding fields.
